With our dental insurance, your employees can get coverage for regular dental visits and more extensive procedures, including:

Protect your vision with additional coverage

Our dental insurance offers an optional vision rider to help pay for eye exams and materials such as glasses and contact lenses. This coverage can provide valuable financial protection for your employees, their spouse and their dependent children that need vision services.

With our vision insurance, your employees have access to a national vision network that includes independent optometrists, ophthalmologists, optical locations, and certain retail stores.

Eye exams and materials (frames, lenses) can be purchased from different locations and providers. For example, your employees could have an eye exam with their favorite eye care professional and order contacts online.

This policy provides DENTAL insurance only. The expected benefit ratio for the PPO dental and the Fee Schedule dental is 55%. This ratio is the portion of future premiums that the company expects to return as benefits, when averaged over all people with this policy.
